- Gain clarity on the roles and responsibilities essential to effective maintenance management.
- Explore the integration points between Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, HR, and Maintenance master and transactional data.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Create and manage assemblies and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and assign them to relevant assets.
- Understand the critical importance of naming conventions and data consistency in SAP PM.
